I tried to do it using windows graphics settings menu, but that didn't work. Any help appreciated, thanks.
There's a directz wrapper as part of ashita, or dgvoodoo.
tl;dr XI uses directx8 and windows 10 will force a dx that old on the integrated at all times, regardless. It's a feature.
It is actually DX 9.1
Yet it actually isn't. It's 8.1 and enumerated through dx9 calls. If it were dx9 it would have had native x-input support, instead of being added right before the ps2/360 support was shut off.

This DX wrapper also works, basically the same as atom0s's, but possibly with different results. It was suggested to an LS mate and I after we started seeing a fair number of sudden window crashes attributed to that proxy.
I copied these files into my FFXINA > SquareEnix > FINAL FANTASY XI folder, but it's still not running on the graphics card. Did I put them in the wrong folder?
I copied these files:
Glide.dll
Glide2x.dll
Glide3x.dll
DDraw.dll
D3DImm.dll
D3D8.dll
D3D9.dll

If you're using Windower place the dgvoodoocpl.exe, dgvoodoo.conf, and D3D8.dll file in POL viewer folder where pol.exe is in. If not using windower, then place them FFXI folder with the FFXImain file is in.

Copying it into the POL folder did it for me.
Thank you so much, everyone else as well.
