A certain Wizard of Oz and I had an argument whether or not you need dInt for Primal Rend. I told him Primal Rend is an elemental weaponskill, and like all elemental weaponskills, there is a hidden dInt component for Primal Rend that doesn't exist for Cloudsplitter. He disagrees.

Thoughts?

It checks your CHR and the enemy's INT. Your own INT doesn't affect the WS's potency.

I always equipped CHR, Magic attack bonus and anything with light elemental damage.
Sort of like Leaden Salute that's AGI, Magic attack bonus and dark elemental damage. (Except Primal Rend doesn't do the damage that Leaden can do... SHAME!)

Cloudsplitter I don't know because I don't use it much. :(
