Bumping... I was looking for this as well. Been doing Lilth, Cait Sith lately, but haven't found a solid setup for Odin/Alex

Actually any job with decent dmg output can solo Alex D+, but i didnt find à way to deal enough dmg on alex VD to not time out. Maybe à Vere user could.
As for Odin , VE is doable by many jobs solo, for E+ you might probably rely on deux ex and just kite.

For Alex : Yoran Ulmia Qultada Cherukiki Moogle(call him last)

For Odin VE : yoran ulmia KoH monberaux and any for last
For E + probably sakura moogle brygid KoH and Healer
