These kinds of lifts can be so dangerous on your back. If you have bad form just one lift you can put yourself out of action for weeks / months or worse.
The risk to benefit ratio on these kinds of lifts make them really not worth it imo, pro athletes in sports rarely do them for that reason. Unless you're competing or something in this field ofc.
I appreciate the concern, but I want to become stronger and more flexible. This is the path I can go to achieve it, and enjoy the struggle alot. I can't live in fear of injury, or I would do nothing, because every workout has a risk.
Critiques okay, don't expect much feedback/knowledge from this forum. You're drunk, go home. Go post up at

Your form is off cause your bar is empty. Need some resistance, can't even get the muscle feedback to know where you are.
Looks like a crossfit gym, run as fast as possible away. I don't care how hot the girls are. Olympic lifts are for people training for olympics and crossfit tards. The risk/reward just isn't in your favor. Herniate a lumbar disc and be out of the gym for years and multiple surgery that failed. Or worse, strung out on pain pills.
If you want flexibility, do a yoga class. Can find hot girls there, ez. To get strength gains, some many better ways than crossfit stuff.
