No water needs to be carried, because you haven't shown anything. You made up some ***and called it illegal, that doesn't actually mean anything. No illegal ballots were cast, no illegal ballots were counted in Florida in 2018. Nothing that happened in Broward county affected any election outcome. Everyone that casted a vote was eligible to do so, and all the votes that were counted were legal votes. It was all settled in court, you should probably abandon this particular conspiracy, you aren't going to be able to post any evidence of illegal votes being counted, much less cast.
