Ah yes, I remember back in 2015 when the Republicans changed the impeachment inquiry rules so that you could run a completely partisan and sham process by blocking the opposition from questioning any witnesses or calling their own. They held a vote and did things properly, giving the defense ample opportunity to, you know, defend themselves. Kinda like how things are supposed to work in a country with due process.
