Tbh, in games like Halo, you need an option to turn off CS's at the start of the game. Ya know... For all of the players that just want to PLAY THE GAME. I'd LOVE to be able to turn off the CS's to get the fork / reward from avatar fights in addition to any other repeatable quests.
Really, do you think all the reviews would give such high ratings to a game that's boring and linear?
Only reviewer I trust about a game being good or not is me.
I trust reviewers because they take the time to play and try out any game there is. You however are just set with certain ideas about games that doesn't even make you want to try them out.
You've never even heard the game. Play it and come back to tell me how much it sucked.
EDIT: This is not about a FPS. I'm talking about an action/adventure game. It was made by Naughty Dog. The people behind Jak and Daxter.

^^This, most games-especially RPGs- that have options to skip cut scenes. only important ones don't have that option.
Man if it's all about the FMV's then why not paste them together and sell it as a movie?
That's why I hated CS's in Halos 2 and 3. More movies inbetween levels just made you feel like the game took longer than it really was. Fillers like that just need to go.
"Black", that game focused on gun fire, dead bodies, more gun fire, more destructive buildings, less cut scenes.
yeah, everything either blew up or got riddled with bullets.
I wonder if they took out a random scene form somwhere for that commercial. Blowing up all that stuff to promote a video game? ;|

I'm not saying this game sucks. I look for certain things in games. I look for shooters, fighters and RPGs. GTAs are fun because of the mindless violence. I'm not a fan of action games.

actually, thats exactly what the foundation of the game was about. You were some kinda operative shooting the ***out of anything that moves. There is a fight scene where you duck behind pillars while battling RPG launcher wielding psychos. After the battle, all the pillars have been shot to ***, windows gone, whole walls are down, and dead bodies everywhere.
best GTA game of all time is GTA:San Andreas. That game introduced so many awesome stuff. Taking over gang territory, banging hookers and seeing the car move, gang banging, swearing all to Hell, going into rival gang spots and shooting everyone to Hell.
