BLM / MAB Puppet

yeah its pretty bad, and without geo id say its likely unable to hit the 15k mark, think even pulling abs-int before hand i only managed 13kish, but my puppet nuke set is pretty thrown together mbing works "fine" atleast

I farmed up most the gear I didn’t have.

Currently:

Main: xiucotl
Head: rawhide mask
Neck: pup neck+2
Ear1: burana
Ear2: enmerker
Ring1: taliyah
Ring2: thurandaut (could be replaced with caitsith)
Hands: Naga
Body: herc w 25 pet mab (could be udug if lucky)
Back: ambu cape with proper MD MAB MACC augs
Belt: Ukko sash
Legs: Pitre+3
Feet: Pitre+3


Went in to reisen to test on some chapulis at the enterence. 14k nukes with 3 ice and no buffs. Added iGEO melaise and a crooked lucky puppet roll and hit a 38k. Excited to try in omen with LS tomorrow.

Not that I think it’s viable, but it will be fun

Magic Bursting in Omen is tricky...you have the have your puppet engaged when the magicburst starts, but not nuking prior to that and taking the HP down too low. I couldnt get him to cooperate to successfully do a 30k MB with a mob still above 50%

Just keep at it, you'll get it right soon enough. Also, if you're willing to wait through blm puppet casting drain spikes, it will then cast Absorb-INT w/ dark maneuver up. It will absolutely add to the nuke damage.
