Which Augments For Argosy Hauberk +1?

Hello^^

I'm trying to improve my drk stuff atm; so i just got an argosy hauberk +1; and i was wondering which augment path i should choose.
I'm planning to use it as a tp piece; so i hesitate between path B (HP+65, accu +13, attack +20) and path D (str +12, attack +20, store tp +6).
Since i'm gonna use a great sword one day or another also (atm with apoc); should i focus on accuracy stats or the store tp ones?

It is a very poor choice of TP piece, easy to miss in the stat vomit but it has 0 m.evasion on it. Wearing one piece with no m.evasion all but guarantees the m.eva on your other pieces becomes meaningless on higher content due to the way the formula works out.

Path D is better if you insist on TPing in it anyway, and better for WS.

for drk i would recommend Emicho Haubert +1 and gloves +1 for tp in instead of argosy

Argosy is great for str based ws.

You're missing the point which was already made. In any real content where magic damage is an issue, if caught with this on (there is no MEVA on argosy), you’re taking a big risk.

I used Argosy set for tp on my bst for some time. It became rather frustrating. Any other set, I won't take nearly so much magic damage or get enfeebled very much.

I'm much happier using emicho pieces and augmented Valorous pieces for tp.

If you really want to insist on tp, then the path on each piece is pretty blatant: Path D on all pieces.

I think you'll be the drk all the whm's hate. you'll be laying on the floor or enfeebled into oblivion. either way you are sucking up the whm's mp and not doing as much damage as you should.

hmmm ok; well; guess ill use it as long as i can't get an emicho then >< got bst and war also; so can still be usefull.
Wasn't thinking M eva could b such an issue; taking good note of that.

Could always use Despair Mail until you get something better.

Looks like your set is lacking capped gear haste.


Odyssean Legs will also serve you well until you can +3 your AF.
