Matt Whitaker was the Chief of Staff for Sessions? I guess I missed that note, I figured he was the deputy of a different Dept. That is not gonna work, the AG, acting or not, has to be confirmed by the Senate. That appointment is dead in the water, everything he does will be invalidated by the SCOTUS.
