Attempting a TLDR on this....

To protect the Saudis on this horrid murder, the Trump administration wants to turn over an American resident to Turkey....

They had the appropriate reaction, giant eyeroll. Its not gonna happen.

Also, CNN wins early ruling against the WH, Acosta is getting his press pass back for now. Gonna be a hilarious day.

They won’t get away with it.

There will be no consequences in regards to your made up claims. Flipped another Maine seat yesterday, as there is still no evidence of any ballot fraud anywhere in the country, its just a fantasy you cry about every election.

Ballot fraud exists all over the place vic is literally too stupid to recognize it.

That will be his knee-jerk response, to pretend that it doesn’t exist because he doesn’t see it. Living in his own social construct.

He doesn't matter.

You are free at any time to post any credible evidence of ballot fraud occurring in this country. Until you do so, you're lying. This happens every election, and every election, you can't.

Temporarily, its a win for CNN and the free press. The judge declined to rule on the big picture. Its just funny because it will spin Trump out.

Judge orders White House to return Jim Acosta's press pass

Quote:
(CNN)Federal judge Timothy J. Kelly sided with CNN on Friday, ordering the White House to reinstate chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta's press pass.

The ruling was an initial victory for CNN in its lawsuit against President Trump and several top aides.
The lawsuit alleges that CNN and Acosta's First and Fifth Amendment rights are being violated by the suspension of Acosta's press pass.

Kelly did not rule on the underlying case on Friday. But he granted CNN's request for a temporary restraining order.

This result means that Acosta will have his access to the White House restored for at least a short period of time. The judge said while explaining his decision that he believes that CNN and Acosta are likely to prevail in the case overall....

You and some others here and many others all over the Internet are convinced their is voter fraud and quite often y’all posit “Why is it always Democrat votes that they keep finding?”

Which only has one of two explanations both of which are common talking points:

1.) Democrats are magically (fraudulently) producing votes out of thin air

Or

2.) Republican districts are actually suppressing and ignoring votes for Democrats.

Both scenarios are illegal. However, one is more plausible and cheaper to pull off than the other.

I wasn't going that route, I was gonna go with the old adage of the Judge may make his ruling, now let him enforce it.

The judge ruled on the 5th amendment not the 1st, in fact they specifically said it was a very narrow judgement and wasn't ruling on the 1st amendment side. The statement was that the White House didn't follow due process when it revoked the pass.

This means they can revoke the pass, they just need to follow due process, which is pretty damn easy considering it's a white house function anyway. Plus the White House can appeal this and by the time it's all finished they would of done the whole due process aspect.

Judge said follow due process, meaning whatever policy memo they have prior to the event for revoking pass's must be followed. Probably means some sort of internal investigating officer (not law enforcement) who asks questions and writes a report with a conclusion on what happened, the Press Secretary then decides, based on policy, if it warrants a revocation or not.

Just typical administrative violence 101.

I post sources. You standards of credibility amount to “its only true if the most left wing agency agrees it’s true.” Which is so ridiculous its parody.

You standard doesn’t matter.
You don’t add anything of value to this discussion.

Way easier to “find” ballots after the fact that have no chain of custody or permit illegals/non citizens to vote on the day of than it is to throw ballots away. Once a ballot is cast its hard recorded and difficult to scrub because of its record. Way easier to fabricate them and then scream that their legitimacy is only a concern to secret covert racists.

That’s exactly what has happened.
