All in all beside this geo neck this is a disappointment for me. I hope the Japanese are telling SE about themselves.

The amount of work you'll have to put in for that neck, you may as well just make Idris.

10 more MACC and same amount of Macc skill than an AG Carn. I think that's the best Bard weapon for Elegy/Finale/Nocturne/Lullaby
i mean, if it's less than 6 months work, it's still a good filler until idris.

Just create more characters, run your own alliance for dynamis and get all the loot and make all things! Wait, so the Drg neck boosts Wyvern level by 1? Why? The Wyvern does borderline nothing for Drg except for the occasional Healing Breaths, Sprit Link TP steals, or buffing the players through Empathy. Unless this level improvement helps one of these categories or makes the wyvern suddenly do a fortune of damage, then it is a borderline worthless neck.

Definitely not worth it if it's something that requires a bunch of progression.
