How many of these rings do you think would be needed to always have a charge up while leveling my two characters (lvl 8 & lvl 21 currently) to skill cap?
I activated 5 of my mules on each account so I currently have 6 Pelican Ring's on each account, not sure if this is enough or too many, so looking for info.

I went through ~120 charges (60/ring) to get from 30-110. I didn't know this when I started fishing but you can have two charges active at the same time, so be sure to keep a couple on you as you level. Also don't forget to eat fisherman's feast.
