I'm pretty sure the bombers prioritized healing and support jobs. Since a PLD would likely be either tanking the boss or holding adds, they're at the bottom of the list. That said, RR wasn't really an issue. I basically main healed this as BRD and kept RR song on the WHM between KOs.

Reraise III from the Twilight set and Reraise IV both give the same amount of exp/ep back.

Best fast way to do vd goblins is have pld hold war drk blm and brd dd cor whm rdm full att don. Splits bombers dmg. Whm keep everyone up fast way to burn.

I would think 5 pup one cor should make this easy. Each pup pull a gobbie and pull to each corner. Bomb spawn will only kill one pup, so back up pup will replace dead one.

If I recall, this is the Ambuscade where tank had to maintain 3k+ HP to mitigate a specific goblin move? Tank holds goblins, and DD pick them up and down them 1 by 1? If this is it, it was pretty straight forward.

Japanese players incorporate motions (/grin etc) in their macros to allow the utilization of <stnpc> for pre-targeting purpose before the equip changes while in conjunction with high fast cast. However I am not sure if the /jump was for this purpose in this case.

Screw a WHM. Just bring a PLD to main heal. The job priority for the suicide bomber should look something like WHM > RDM > SCH > GEO/BRD > COR(?).

3 DD WHM BRD RUN or PLD.
Tank goes in to pull hate: get adds, DD Provoke Don: pull to start, BRD Sleeps BLM, DD + WHM + BRD stack on Don til dead to absorb bomb toss. Kill Blm. Kill other goblins one by one. Must kill them 20 yams apart to drop Aura. Easy VD wins unless your tank gets hit with double bombs while holding adds.
Also make sure to position WHM were they can still heal tank while absorbing bombs from Don with others. Cheesy wins: MNKs with mantra.

Simple quick strat. Tank on adds. Nin takes Don. Healer stands 22 yalms from them - Geo or brd can help heal. Should only get one bomber (healer death) - with enough buffs to kill fast.

Was getting ~3min30 clears as a 5-man (including buffing) running RDM DRK (or WAR) BRD COR WHM.
Also pretty fast clears trioing as RDM DRK BRD.

Rdm in the setup means he's CCing everything and probably DRK riding dread spikes single killing everything. Practically every setup with RDM involves controlling the mobs while the DD(s) focus on DDing

We use pld, brd, cor, whm, war, geo.
Pld pulls the drk, war vokes the don, brd sleeps the blm.
pld vokes the war mobs and tanks both in a corner.
war destroys don before it even throws a bomb, then killed blm, pulled war off pld away from drk till aura is gone, then mop them up.
if u fight the drk and war adds they gain an aura and can throw combo bombs that do 1500 dmg each. Just pull them apart and no bomb, no danger.

Kaggra's duo VD
- Spontaneity+Saboteur Bind WAR
- Bind DRK
- BRD sleep BLM
- Pull Don away
- Debuff Don (I think he wrote, that Silence is important) and dispel with Finale, since Dispel will be heavily resisted
- Kill Don
- Pull DRK with Dia III, no more debuffs needed
- When Saboteur is back from cooldown, put gravity on WAR
- Rebind WAR when needed, kill DRK
- Pull BLM with Dia III, Silence is enough as only other debuff, kill BLM
- Pull WAR and fully debuff it with para, slow, elegy etc.
- Kill WAR

Strategically, he's not doing anything different from me. Silencing the Don is certainly important since it does Chainspell, but you missed that he also silences the DRK immediately after initial pull (otherwise it can do nasty things like Break). Distract III is also worth casting (as he does).

Figured I'd get this thread rolling.
Fight is against x1-4 Goblin NMs.
Ravager: WAR
Deathbringer: DRK
Don: RDM
____: RUN (haven't done VD yet so haven't seen its name)
Setting: Difficult
Goblins get Aura effects when they are within 20 yalms of each other, which makes the WAR and the DRK hit extremely hard. Aura is dropped when the Goblins are separated. There is also a Furious Bozetto Bomber who spawns in occasionally to use Dirty Bomb, which is magic damage split between the number of people it hits and is almost certainly a one-shot kill if it hits one person.
Having experimented with a variety of setups the best way I have found so far is to bring pet jobs to reduce the damage of Dirty Bomb.
Tank grabs the Don and tanks it in the entry corner. PUP grabs the Deathbringer and tanks next to the right-hand pillar. Other jobs grab the Ravager and get to work on it. PUP runs over to the Ravager to help soak Bomb damage. Here's the thing though, the jobs which kill the Ravager need to be able to take some hits so couple this with needing bodies in range you're looking at 1-2 DRG or BST, a GEO and your healer (SCH, RDM or WHM could all probably do this). PUP needs to keep an eye on their Automaton's HP while it tanks the Deathbringer, as it can still hit rather hard even without its Aura. When the Ravager dies everyone except the tank goes over to the Deathbringer and gets to work on it, then moving on to finish the Don.
Setup used: PLD/PUP/SCH/GEO/DRG/DNC
'Optimal' setup (so far): Tank/PUP/RDM/GEO/DRG/DRG
VD would probably require a second PUP in place of one of the DRG to tank the extra Goblin, the RUN.
