Either way we fought (almost) all red eyes NMs yesterday, here's the list as far as I can remember:
Position of Red eyes pre mid boss:

6) In front of Chocobo Stables (DRK/WAR, think this is alone? I'm not sure, can't remember what was the other one, supposing there was another)
Position of Red Eyes post mid boss:
1) 3x Red Eyes stones at the AH
2) 2x Red Eyes stones in front of the Exit to Gustaberg
(these five eyes spawn 1 NM each)
3) 2x Red Eyes Stones on the Balcony that you access to from the zone close to Zeruhn Mines
We also fought BRD/SAM. Can't remember exact position but I think he stands on the higher floor, behind AH, in front of where the 3 shops are in normal Bastok.

Just curious, what setup did you guys use for Bastok? That's pretty impressive to clear that many NMs in one run Wut? I don't think it's that impressive, I'm sure "pro" groups can easily manage to clear every NM pre and post midboss without any trouble.
We were in a very relaxed setup with strange jobs for people who needed unlock (no, I wasn't one of those people, it's never my turn gdi! XD)
I don't remember the exact setup, I think it was something like:
PT1:
WHM
DRG
DRK
PLD
COR
BRD (me! I was DDing too btw. Think I probably wasn't bothering on normal mobs but I was going all out on NMs)
PT2:
BLM
SCH
GEO
THF
BRD (mule)
something else I forgot on slot 6! Another GEO? /shrugs
We also had a third party with 2 more mules but they were just leeching afaik.

Post boss in Bastok, the Alchemy Guild NMs are NIN/BLU and COR/SCH. Was mistakenly reported as WHM/SMN and COR/SCH, but the WHM is on the ramp at G-8, as posted above.

My question was more directed at setup used as in magic cleave vs melee. I know magic cleave works great for sandy but wasn’t sure what setups people have had success with in Bastok runs.
And yeah, I guess not that impressive but for my group where it’s somewhat low man with 6-10 ppl per run, we haven’t been able to clear all NMs or close to that in a Bastok run. So wasn’t sure if it’s a volume issue (we need more ppl) or setup issue (we need better job choices). Anyways, thanks for the info!

We had a pretty decent Bastok run tonight, killing 6 NMs pre-boss and 8 post-boss. Magic works pretty well in this zone, you just need to align your spells with what eyes you are pulling. We mostly set dark-aligned spells (Entomb, Floe, Crush), so we went for Blue mobs. When Green ones did pop, Anvil Lightning and Blinding Fulgor with Subduction spam while waiting for timers.
BLU BLU BLU GEO WHM BRD
SAM NIN (for clears, did some melee on NMs) WHM COR
PLD COR THF/BLM RDM
BRD did DD songs for NMs and Scherzo for pulls to counter NIN 1hr. Magic Hammer the statues. We just stood at distance and cast BLU spells on the mini until it died.

My question was more directed at setup used as in magic cleave vs melee. I have a short memory issue lol, think we were just doing physical. Focusing on one-two targets at the same time and killing them one by one.
COR was oneshotting stones we didn't need/want to reduce the amount of excess pulls, we still got plenty of course but thanks to this we managed to save a lot of time which we used to focus on NMs.
We were using appropriate element-alligned WS according to the eye colour of the statue we pulled. This only mattered on mispulls or links, normally we were pulling statues to give us dark-alligned WS damage bonus.
We didn't have much people either, I forgot to say that in Pt2 the second COR, the second BRD and the SCH were all mules (dualboxed, not just leeched, but I don't think the owners were doing much in the end)
Only "real" players in PT2 were GEO, THF and BLM.
