and there's more!!!
Do we have a numerical definition of rampant here?
yes so there are 1.1 million law enforcement officers in the US.
let's assume, just for arguments sake, that all 1,200 officer caused deaths were murder ok? so 1,200 officers that's
.001090909
Not 1% that's 1/10th of 1% .1% percent for the slow kids in the back of the class.
now then let's go ahead and implicate
all of their partners because cops travel in pairs. So now we're up to
two tenths of a percent. and let's get even more ridiculous and say all of the other eight responding officers and investigators are also guilty.
NOW we're at 1%
1% of the total number of cops that even have
second hand knowledge of these instances.
so how then are the other
99% of cops who weren't even there covering it up?
THEY AREN'T
they weren't even there!
