Well, your article says "pushing the plan" but that's not right as he is just presenting one of the many proposed projects.
Here's one of the leading proposed plans that have a better chance of making it than the one sourced above.

The alamo is worth approximately one half a visit. Its really overrated, Presidential libraries or the texas ranger museum, or just the riverwalk is better than the little alamo.
I'll admit that there's not much there.
But it's not overrated. Especially with the Battle.

Glad to see no casualties reported from Hurricane Nate, seems like the difference between a CAT1 and a CAT4-5 is pretty drastic.
You would think we would see the President tweeting something similar about the hurricane this morning, but he is busy attacking other Americans again. Gee.
