at least you need to be tested to see you're capable of driving a car before you're licensed. you don't need to be tested to see if you're capable of handling a gun.

This might be one of the craziest times I've every witnessed. It reminds me of after 9/11 where everything seems to be going to hell. And you don't know what is coming next.
