Most of the vanadiel day stuff has just been cosmetic. They turn on all campaigns once and you guys get disappointed it doesn't happen every month. Lower your expectations.

In Bastok Markets, there's a lineup of NPCs on a platform next to the fountain.
The Galka NPC is saying to give something that start fires to someone with a name starting with Z
I assume Flint to Zeid? Haven't tried trading yet,
