Yeah, 5 times in a row here, all on Grioavolr :x
If we can turn on a debug mode or whatever else to provide more accurate data... I'd love to honestly.

would think after 4/5 times and hundreds of wasted stones it'd be smarter to just stop and wait until someone addresses it

Uh!
You're right of course :(

To be fair I "wasted" hundreds of stone (bit more than 2000 I think) trying to augment Merlinic Body and Head, but MAGA was working on those pieces as far as I know, I've only been unlucky not getting any hits.

The 5 failure attempts on Grioavolr cost me, I dunno, but totally less than 400 stones split between Pellucid and Taupe, I'd say.
Which is still something hey! But no big deal in the end.
Of course I stopped and augmented Grio manually, atm I have something simple like Macc21/Mab22/INT13 or around that.
All in all in line with the hits I got from MAGA.

Any way to get in touch with Jinjo, guys? It's like I'm demanding a fix or anything, but would love to know what kind of detailed info players like me and Eternalking can provide to solve this issue once and for all :D

On a slight side note, wanted to improve my debuff Chironic Legs, do you guys think using Taupe and setting MAGA for Macc>=33 and MND>=10 is reasonable?
Think I have something like Macc33, Mab20(useless to me) and MND5 atm.

if you make a set and dont save it, and load maga up days/weeks later to try something different will that first set still be in memory? (i noticed the stones turned on and off were) Or does the program load up with clean sets?

went through about 100 stones with only 'int +10' programed in and nothing. Only after that did i remember it should be Pet: Int+10 .. -_-
Now im wondering if i made that mistake the last 2 or 3 rounds of full stones i went though...

to search just type partial of the name

//maga search bl

and you'll get whatever option are possible for 'bl'
you'll be able to see what the spelling is after

figured that out trying to find 'pet:attack+'

//maga search pe

so i've burned through about 1500+ stones using this app... the first 500 or so + i had my for my specs it was set to set1 stp 4, acc 30, atk 30, dex 10; set2 of that was double attack 4, acc 30, atk 30, dex 10. After doing that for a ton of stones realized it was probably too ideal and broad of a spectrum.

So today I cut it back to set1 stp 4, acc 30, and set2 double attack 4, acc 30.... and i'm 1000 +stones in and nothing! i have it set to style melee and getting crap all regardless of stone type.

Edit: Also note this was augmenting a Valorous Mail.

Unfortunately that's the luck of SE's RNG system. I've spend around 3000 stones on one piece before before I found the aug values I wanted. :/

Yeah, your first sets are way too specific and hard to reach. I'd recommend not only cutting it down to two stats per set, but just one:

Set 1: stp 4
Set 2: acc 30
Set 3: att 30
Set 4: dex 15
Set 5: double attack 4

That you eliminate most of the garbage rolls, but still get the chance to decide on some that you would have missed out given more specific parameters.

Also make sure your syntax on augs are correct. I wasted a few hundred Fern Stones b/c I didn't realize that enh. mag. eff. dur. couldn't be capitalized like it is in the resource file.

Yeah I've gone thru hundreds of stones just trying to get max + stat with taupe AND NOTHING ELSE. Trying to get high amounts of multiple stats like that is like trying to win the lotto matching several up

Yet ironically enough i saw some dude with valorous mail with like dex 3, acc 35+, atk 30+ and stp 6 i was like THE *** sob... meanwhile my current augment is like dex 8, acc 30+, atk 30+ with nothing else.... its nice as a simple acc piece but has no overall stp or da bonus :(

Edit: so i've officially burned through another 1000+ stones today and it stopped for the first time ever using a fern stone. got DA 4 and acc 30 and chr whatever so obviously trash. I wonder if i've gotten the stp or da augments with the 30+ acc before but it didn't stop on them cause it was set for 30 and not 31, 32, 33 etc subsequently... idk any thoughts?

Not sure about MAGA but the ashitacast plugin it's based on goes by that number or higher not even sure you can make it only do exact amounts unless you do the max

Given you completely went out of the menu and went to the equipment page and it shows 3 other pairs did you check the other 2?

Yes, the other pair were exactly as they were, and previous augments (the ones i was using) disappeared. I didn't recognize those augs anyway, wouldn't be something i'd use. So yeah MAGA really hiccuped there.

the value you set to MAGA is a minimum. if you set 30, that's the lowest it will stop on.

Happened to me as well, I just stopped using filters and made a macro to continue. waited one second after it finished displaying previous augs then hit my macro. still easier than going through the menu every time.
It probably has something to do with using too low a delay.

I didn't get the wrong augs but had a very good augs matching my criteria immediately replaced by a far worse one before I could finish typing the accept command. I love the addon and it's so fast but that that was pretty frustrating and never happened before

I found slowing the add-on down from .75 to 1.10 greatly helped with miss Aug, Also seems like I get more stops during the process. I wish there was a way to show all augment it passes. Just so I can see if it's screwing up sometimes or not.

Hate yourself? Concerned you missed something good and want to waste your life away finding out?

MAGA now has a textbox that shows augments as they come in, and you can navigate through the textbox to show previous augments through the command //maga history <augment #>!

Edit: I also fixed the issue where you would receive unexpected augments, which was actually caused by a user error, but it was fairly easy to do (you basically just had to type //maga start again instead of continue and you would end up double augmenting).
