Trump tweets to distract the media and public from other things.

So 4 - 8 years of "pay attention to THIS, ignore the man behind the curtain."

Trumps tweets are stupid but come on Chanti, the media will find some other stupid stuff to distract itself with. US media is just dumb. When people start quoting Buzzfeed, Vox and Breitbart as reputable sources you know we are screwed.

I hope he changes in the next 10 days, America doesn't need 4 years of this ***. Like, please Trump, just fix your act while you are in office. 4 years, you can do this.

It's like he his giving a clinic on how to distract when you've got something to hide.

"Attack, Deflect, Attack, Deflect, Distract, Attack"

He is right about one thing DTJ is a ratings machine.

The F-35 is indeed a disaster, and he thinks he is just going to snap his fingers and fix it or "replace" it with the 20+ year old F-18, sure.

Someone leaked "Intelligence reports" to CNN that Russia has leverage on Trump and they have been working together. Nothing concrete.

Wow this guy is talking in circles. Nice backhanded compliment on Pence regarding the conflict of interest clause from 1989.

All of the questions were about Russia, and he ran away from most of them. The press needs to learn to just ask one question, don't ask 2-3 part questions so he can just pick the one he wants to answer. But we did get:
"If Putin helps Donald Trump get elected, that's an asset."

Do you believe Hillary would be tougher than me on Russia? Come on.

I see he was introduced a new strategy: get the female equivalent of Ben Stein to bore the press core into slumber with long corporate legalistic monotone droning.

I'll give him props for the company trust they're setting up. Apparently he's going above and beyond what's actually required to ensure no conflicts of interest.

Well his plan was always for us to always pay for the wall and then reciprocate that money through tariffs and other account leans.

His name is Donald Trump and he ran on the Conservative ticket, there is absolutely nothing he can do, short of abdicating and handing the throne to the Democrat candidate, that will appease the Democrats. It's the same situation President Obama was in the first few years when the Republicans were marching to "We're going to make him a one term President" and the Democrats were crying foul / childish / ect. Now the shoes on the other foot and their acting even worse then the Republicans did.

Think is, Trump isn't a conservative nor is he a liberal. He's neither Republican nor Democrat, somewhere in the middle with very business / money orientated rational. He's an opportunist who's supported whomever would give him the most benefit and is good at sniffing out the winds of change and moving with them. That means absolutely zero commitment to an ideology, making him a political heretic in the eyes of both parties. He's just as likely to back a liberal idea as a conservative one, whichever one makes the most sense at that time with the available information. Makes him extremely scary to both parties since neither can predict his position nor can they control or "handle" him.

But hey it's fun watching the progressives ***themselves daily. All they do is make themselves look bad and confirm the reason why all those states went Red this last election.

There's more to your bolded statement than you will ever know.

But if you're looking for a little play-by-play of the conference that mentions it, here's a link: Donald Trump Holds Press Conference - Live Analysis

I wonder where he gets the idea that the US is last in "hacking defense?" Then again, I wonder where he gets any of his ideas from.
