Question About Fencer

Don't kill me yet.

I'm curious if the TP Bonus of Fencer from /WAR works on H2H WS's. I only ask because it does worked on Ranged WS's and H2H only takes up the main hand in the inventory screen. SE has been known to code things wonky and we've been known to exploit it. Anyone know of any testing that's been done either way specifically for H2H and Fencer for TP Bonus on WS's like Raging Fists / TK / DK?
