interesting stuff. some of it is basic customer service that I imagine a lot of us have been trained with in the past, but seeing some of the request stuff is neat.

To the best of my understanding, Sage Sundi wasn't too upset about this leak. Apparently by the time these two document got out. They were long-since obsolete. I think I might have saved the URL of the interview where he said this. If I find it, I'll post that link.

In an earlier post I said I'd try to find the blog where Sage Sundi said he wasn't too upset about the GM's manual being leaked. I got involved with other things & completely forgot about it. If someone else had a few spare moments can they try to find it? I have a lot of RL to deal with, and don't have the time to do the research.
