Pashhow also has marlboro fiber (normal dig), black rock, mostly mirrors the type of items in present area, I guess, same with most areas

To add to the list, I've gotten T. Whiteshells for currency and on Watersday I've gotten Aqua Geodes and on Earthsday I've gotten Sphenes. I'm assuming Light Opal must be the Lightsday specific item. It's weird that Watersday gives geodes while the other days give HQ1 gemstones(Light Opal is an NQ & HQ1 for White Rocks and Light Geodes). I'm curious to see if other days give geodes or gemstones.

edit: I just dug again on a different Watersday and got a Turquoise, which makes more sense than the Aqua Geodes. Still not really sure why I got Aqua Geodes last time, though.

Aqua geodes on watersday (or any of the other equivalent)s are completely possible, I think geodes, currency, HMP, gems of all times (once I got a deathstone on darksday, and elemental ores on waxing crescent to match the day, but T3 rocks seem beyond rare)...all of thse items are the DSC proc for digging birds, a 1st class is likelier to get them and from my experience, REGARDLESS of the rank of the digger. Also these items never seem to proc with anything else (either normal, burrow or bore drops)


I have several diggers, and the one who has gotten the most HMP, by far, is only A40-45, but has an excellent digging bird with 1st class DSC, RCP, and a digging beak (no clue if it makes a difference-the bird will get this beak if the DSC RCP are average or above before turning into an adult). My A10 has a crappy not maxed bore bird by comparison, which is the one I typically use (treasure pool seems better to me) unless the bore item is assorted crystals, and said bore bird/A10 digger has gotten 30 HMP to the other digger's 45 HMP.

I haven't been playing much since Monster Hunter Generations came out but I finally did some digging today. I got 4 Sif's Macrame in Xarc [S]! I was hoping to rank up my campaign this way, but I didn't get any allied notes :( Can you not get allied notes in Xarc [S] or am I just unlucky?

You can get AN, but you need to check your medal with NPC. As in: medal, whichever type, can't be expired. Otherwise you'll get a blank when you were to get them. As in: if you use records of eminence quest for choco digging, it will count as a success, but you'll get nothing.

Yup, that was my problem. After I did an evaluation I was able to get ~5200 allied notes in my 200 digs :)
