All cause of this pic I guess I didn't read the article as usual.

Source: BBC.

I have to admit that the UK has so many of its own problems yet, at the moment, some of my British friends can't stop from commentary about how terrible Clinton is, but when countered with Trump they're like "not my fault you can't find any good candidates."

Hypocritical or not, they're not wrong.

Leftists only line to justify Hillary is "she's not trump".

And the really funny part is the refuse to recognize that they never had a chance to get anyone else. Her determination as the Democratic 2016 candidate was done in 2009 and there was nothing they could do about it.

Yes, well, that's the choice that we've got remaining, apparently, because the public sucks.

Johnson doesn't have a prayer, but it will be interesting to see who he pulls more votes from. An informal viewing of the people I know suggests he'll be taking far more votes from Trump than Hillary, but I don't begin to assume that the people I know are a good representative barometer of the public at large.

The other candidates spent too much time dismissing Trump and not enough time. Saying this is why you should vote for me.

This is basically where we've arrived. "Who can field the slightly less repulsive candidate."

...or maybe, inversely, "who can field the most repulsive candidate."

The latter seems more likely, both parties have brought their A game in that regard...

The Republicans got fed up with the status quo, but didn't have much in the way of good options. The Democrats got fed up with the status quo too, but took a very strong option and threw him under the bus of the most corrupt candidate they've had in several decades.

I thin it was Wendell Phillips that called Lincoln "a first-rate second-rate man"

He's probably rolling in his grave...Holy crap.

Jeb "Where the hell am I" Bush
Ted "The Zodiac Killer" Cruz
Marco "Little Marco" Rubio
John "I can't lose the stupid pittsburgh accent" Kasich
Rand "Poofy Floofer" Paul
Carly "Chunk from The Goonies" Fiorina (hand her a company and wait five minutes for her break it)

I'm sort of surprised you're not more pro-Johnson.

Hell, even I'm fairly pro-Johnson and he's anti-union.

I like Johnson better than Trump, but I'm also a realist.

While I would rather see Johnson as president than Trump, if I voted for Johnson, it's practically the same as voting for Clinton.

Then again, the one person who I wanted to be the the Republican nominee got kicked out early.

If you post here with any regularity and you haven't already seriously questioned your life choices, I think you're the one who is in the wrong.

If you seriously questioned your life choices and haven't either accepted those choices or even considered changing them, then what's wrong with you?

If you haven't seriously questioned your life choices, you are either content or oblivious.

Republicans, on the other hand, fall into three categories.

1, Trump at least isn't Clinton.
2, I can't vote for either of them.
3, Clinton is the only thing that can save us from Trump.

Thereby showing they have more flexibility than democrats.

Actually he won't be taking votes from either of them. He will be the vote sponge for those who can't bring themselves to vote for either the Donald or the Hill.

I hope they can get that magic 5% number.
