My chocobo has Treasure Finder and Burrow, so anything that only shows up as a single or slot 1 is a regular item and anything that shows up in slot 2 is a Burrow item.
I'm 99.9% sure that Bloodwood Log is in both the regular and Burrow item pools. When it shows up in slot 1, the slot 2 item is always a Burrow item and when it shows up in slot 2, the slot 1 item is always a regular item. A double dig with 2 Bloodwood Logs would prove it, but they're fairly rare to dig up anyway so the chances of that happening are almost none.
I'm also convinced that Heavy Metal and Alexandrite can only be dug up as single items, just like Imperial Standing. As such, I highly doubt that they are also part of the Burrow or Bore item pools.
