The PK's though..it's funny how your best guys (Schweinsteiger, Müller and Özil) were the ones who wasted theirs. Some in weird fashion too!
Müller actually hasn't reliably scored on penalties for a while. His shots have simply no power if he tries to wait for the GK to move. A top GK like Gigi knew that and just waited.
Özil just missed a penalty last game with a weak shot (I even called it a fair play action in this thread because the penalty wasn't deserved and the shot was so bad) So he went with for a higher risk and it failed against the post.
No excuse for Schweinsteiger though, that looked very weird. Might watch a replay of it to find the cause.
Now for the next game: France and Island don't play each other that often it seems, so the past results are not really a lead for how this game goes.
