had QA 3 also but rerolled, not even on fodder i would have used it with a mere 10 acc on em ;/

Rly want high acc on em - no use if you hit often but whiff all over.

There are absolutely tons of things you can get from this. 2 refresh, 2 TH, 5 phalanx (possibly 6, but only ever seen confirmation for 5), DA/TA/QA, macc/mab augments that break original caps. However, you'll likely see Pet: 3 INT on your melee gear. Basically, just throw the dice and see what you end up with.
