75 thf, capped merits in triple attack, what would be better? Homam body or rapparee harness, talking speed wise. What's better? Thnx for the imputs

Haste +4% I'd think would beat out enhanced triple attack effect for speed. After all the triple attack would only activate 1% more of time. Especially with capped Triple Attack, I'm gonna say Rapparee Harness for pure speed.

Raparee w/ 0% other haste is still more than double homam's max increase in number of hits thrown at 0 triple attack merits(and homam's increase will lower as u get higher triple attack)
