Yeah I'm confused too.

It's cool, I'm working on a few other jobs hoping that once I get a "good" job leveled and geared they'll nerf it and buff my preferred jobs so everyone can bandwagon back to them again. Shouldn't a 'Super' Refertilizer's effect be better than a standard Refertilizer?
Anywho, as far I can tell such items benefits ALL jobs - pointing the finger at certain jobs... Pointless. Such *cough nerf* makes 2100 gift much more sense now. #bestgiftever
