Did the lucky draw from this new banner and only got Exalibur from FF5, I thought it was his burst but was disappointed lol. Better than nothing I guess.

Same, only got Excal from FF5 but for half mythril i guess i can t complain.

well, I got Vaan's Burst, Fang's Super, and lolBoon for Sazh. best 50 pull in a long time, sadly.

I was aiming for Sheep Song SSB got this instead. Can't complain.

I would trade 3 of my 4 fire lashes for this BSSB. Should really start some mage partys since RNG is blessing me with all those mage weapons.

Mage meta is about to be a lot stronger than phys for the next 5-6 months, so yea I'd go ahead and work on a mage comp. The difference is huge and noticeable, phys can work but mage is so much easier.

I'm pretty strong on Mage Meta. I have mag boost in several realms. What I lack right now is casting time reduction like Krille or Quitis' SSB.

I've been playing with my Mage Holy Team. Hope, Garnet, Cid Raines, Edward, and Rosa. It works pretty well thusfar.

If you really want a team cast time down I guess go for Braska's robe.

Fujin just came out in JP and is actually the first real ninja mage, pretty easy to hit 2x9999 with the new ninja spell if you pull her SSB, her BSB is just all around good for mage teams as well.

But a looooot of amazing mage stuff will be here soon enough.

Mage meta info stuff

So I pulled sheep song, and I am at 49 myhtril currently. Is there anything else on these banners I should pull for, or just hold off?

In my opinion all those relics are great:
Gilgamesh's BSSB lets you fulltime Tauntilate while dealing good dmg and comes with a free non-elemental dispel.
Faris's BSSB is a better Fullbreak with Power and Magic Breakdown commands.
Faris's SSB is a nice Wind/Lightning AOE, which gives imperil wind. (nice if you run some spellblades or bartz BSSB)
Krile's SSB is nice for mage meta and the weapon boosts fire dmg.
Bartz's SSB weapon boosts holy dmg, so nice for PLDs.
Bartz's cape boosts wind dmg and gives enwind, which is awesome combined with Faris's SSB.
Exdeath's SSB armor is nice for darkness user since it boosts darness dmg. (magic blink is nice too)

I did 6 pulls on this banner, cause I like all the chars on this banner and the relics are awesome.

Let me be more specific then. I've got pretty much every Krile soul break. I've already got Faris' Burst and Bartz's Super (true blade). I am not sure if I should try for either Gilgamesh's Burst, Bartz's Burst, or save for another banner completely where there are more chances for overall better loot pool. These are all characters I don't really use because they've not got a place in my party save for niche circumstances.

Well i think Gilgamesh's BSSB is worth it, cause he is one of the best tanks (no white magic but very high def/hp + samurai skills) and the burst commands are awesome.
Bartz's BSSB isn't that great, unless you need the elemental dmg to hit weakness or combine it with en-element und elemental boost equipment.
Anyways... RNG and some ppl on reddit taught me i should't chase single relics so i'd say save your mythril for banners with more relics you want.
There should be an update next month which changes 11x relic pulls, so you get at least one 5* relic 100%. Should save your mythril until then.

For real, the second score weakness has been constantly last and not being able to do crap because I'll push him into phase 3 is annoying as ***.

I finally mastered it. I just SLd until water or lightning was first weakness and Zerg'D him down. Didn't bother waiting for second weakness.

Exactly what I did. Meltdown R1 made and will work wonderfully on Terra since I drew her en-fire SSB.

Didn't know you could bring summons or darkness at first, when I learned that the zerg was really fast since I have a R3 Bahamut and DZ.

3x9999 Meltdowns, oh my goooooooood.

Cannot even FIND Crystal Sword on the available relics list, which is irksome, but an actually decent 50 pull and another soon to follow. Is banner 2 worth pulling on? I'd swear I read something about a Burst fest, is that actually coming soon?

Banner 2 of the FFX event has Braska robe which is great for mage teams. Triple BSSB fest starts in 3 days & G5 not long after that ;;
