The funny references here are funny.
But the people in this thread trying to suggest the actual pronounciations and doing it wrong make me mad!

When I first started playing I read Paladin as "Pa-laddin", as in rhyming with Aladdin...

I mentioned to my friends at school that I was thinking of taking up the job as my main, and they let out a good laugh at my idiocy.

Ray-jima someone keeps saying lol.

I'm with the goblins on that one. The gob at the start of Reisenjima said, "Raisin Jimmies" and that is what that place is to me now.

I say "Zarcabard" so ... as a matter of course I actually thought it was spelled "Zarcabard" for a brief second looking at your post.

Anyone calling it Ex-Cabard needs to turn in their language cards because they've clearly forgot 1st grade English class.

There actually is a (more or less) official pronunciation guide for all of these words within the game itself. The Japanese phonetic system doesn't allow for the sort of confusion we run into with Roman lettering:

EN Name →　JP Name → [Romanization] → "Inferred Pronunciation"

Xarcabard →　ザルカバード　→　[za][ru][ka][baa][do] → "zar・kah・bard"
Pso'Xja → ソ・ジヤ → [so][ji][ya] → "so・jee・yah"
Uggalepih → ウガレピ → [ｕ][ga][re][pi] → "ooh・gah・lay・pee"
Regen → リジェネ → [ri][je][ne] → "ree・jen"
Yorcia → ヨルシア → [yo][ru][shi][a] → "yor・shee・ah" or "yor・see・ah"
Hennetiel* → エヌティエル → [e][nu][ti][e][ru] → "enn・nuh・tee・ell"
