So I went to buy some broccoli today. It wasn't from the usual guy who comes in on horse from the farms. It was purple and apparently imported from Italy. Any difference between green and purple broccoli?

Should not be any issues with your veggies.I always break it down by body weight numbers. And as for HGH, that depends. Fat loss or muscle gain?

Off season/muscie gain. I know "as much as you can afford" is most peoples response, but im curious to see how high some people really go before they cant feel their hands or blow up like a blimp.

What would be a good start for someone who has been out of shape for years?

The goal is to gain muscle strength. Not interested in a chiseled body or anything (at least for now).
