What Did You Do Last Night In FFXI?

spent 3 hours helping a friend do sleepga pre requsites... still never got a damn ahriman lens to drop in Xarcabard after like 2 hours of hunting evil eyes @_@

For the past week and the foreseeable future...

Before and after events I camp/claim/kill the Cooking Katana NM (I call him "Snozzberry") at least twice a day.

And fish in between kills with my shiny new Lu Shang's:3

G/f was going out to hang with a friend who joined the Air Force and hasn't been home in a year and a half, so I was looking to fill some time.

Haven't really been on much at all since we moved in together, and it was an off-night for LS action, so I was just looking to kill some time. We'd gone out of town the night before, where I proposed (guess that makes her my Fiancee), and the kids were not home, so it was my first time alone at home in a few months. Needless to say, we had a ton of laundry and misc. other stuff around the house that needed doing, and it never hurts to have the g/f come home and see that you've done all that stuff.

I started out fishing (Yellow Globes in Qufim, needed a break from Moat/Forest Carp and still below the skill cap for Globes). The LS was mostly crickets for the night, minus a discussion on Sea points for donated pop items and a plan to boost Sea attendance (which I liked)

Kittkatt was talking about some guy in Whitegate that was being a total toolbag in shouts, watching while waiting for a GM to take him away (which did happen, eventually).

I decided to throw on some BST gear (pretty much just "Charmy" gear, since I cleared out my DD BST gear a while back) and go play with the critters. I did a few FoV in Terrigan, then went to Kuftal to kill spiders in hope of Shoalweed, which I need for a LONG unfinished quest to get a Promise Badge.

I got a lot of webs and some seals, but no weed, so I headed back out to kill more critters in Terrigan. My NPC dinged 60 in the process.

Um, sometime around the third load of laundry getting finished, I said my goodnights and logged off for the night.

Not a very exciting night in Vana'diel, but it helped me kill some time that would have otherwise been pretty lonely watching TV or something, and I got a lot of stuff done around the house because I could temp-log and walk away pretty much whenever I needed to (doing FoV with BST might be what I do most of the time when I log on now).

did our 5th omega with my linkshell and got our 3rd body.

I keep telling them the body is suppose to be rare... but I dont think they believe me anymore @.@

Did dyna-xarc, lost a ton of expies. (1 partial wipe was kinda my fault >.<) Joined a burn party, earn a ton of expies.

Helped a friend get V muffs, chatted a bit and went to bed. Not the most exciting night.

Did Dyna-Valk last night. Lost lot on Mirage Cape, and saw no SAM acc. :<

Did Hagun run with static, got my Forager's.

Borrowed a few Ancient Beast coins from my brother, got my Boxer's.

Did Omega, got my Homam Corazza.

All in all a productive night!

Finally got Blu Relic body, and Whm friend finally got her Cleric's body.

Helped some LS mates with CoP Missions.

Ran in Gustav to go camp O.Bow for a friend
... slapped Bune around who was unexpectedly up :)

In front of like 10 other people wishing they got there faster

Watched a /tell go by in the middle of the fight when we were doing perfectly fine and had him at 30%
"Hey! we have plenty of people here. Alliance and we'll split drop!"

...proceeded to LOL

PT for 16.5k worth of XP on WHM. 3.5k to go...

Then back to probably 23k tnl

Didn't get to play ffxi tonight coz i'm on the way to Japan.

Waiting for my connecting flight in Singapore. Booooooo!

Hmmm along with the help of my ls makes destryoed dyna sandy for 5m silvers as well as 19 relics then got a few bonecrafting skills

LOL doing what?

Well since I didn't post yesterday or the day before:

On Friday went to Sky and defeated a Genbu which produced a pair of Zenith Mitts. Then two Byakko which gave up two Byakko Haidate and a Shura Haidate.

On Saturday I defeated BRD, SAM and DRG Maat. Went to Sea and defeated Jailer of Fortitude. No torque =(

On Sunday started leveling SMN as my last Maat job and did a little Campaign.

Signed on, meant to campaign battle as ninja/dnc in my new byakko haidate but ended up talking to a friend who was low maning suzaku. Came bard, sang some songs, fire caroled during 2hr, went smooth but took about 20mins for this low man team to kill it *imo too much tank and support and not enough dd* but in the end zenith legs dropped with siren hair, pretty uneventful but sometimes when you help people your there just to help.

No way! People don't do that anymore in this game!

Lost yet again to the now-rarely-shouted-for ACP 11.

Last night was campaign for me. Once i get my inventory full, i got to WG AH sell the stuff. Then i stopped by Yuntunga jungle to see if Mischevous Micholas would spawn.

Completely ownd the VOS FOV nm... like first fight I did 2k+ freeze2 into 1400 blizz 4 on a mob that only has 4.5k hp... seriously sad fight not sure why my static pt is even doing it lol. Got 6/6 craptastic augments. Unless you wanna be a melee blm then the +2str -2vit/agi weskit might be your thing...

Oh and got like 5 100 pieces and like litterally 25 or so relics in sandy...

Another great night in salvage last night. 2 Macha's Coats, Deimos Cuirass, and Freya's Ledelsens. Oh and bodb's from boss to complete my morrigan's pigaches!
