I think it should be given even for mule cors.
Unless you want to add "looking for players who have pc and internet. With light and water available."

DDs don't need WS set to join, sch/brd/whm don't need macc set. Whm don't need cure potency set.

Sounds consistent to me

Also when are you coming back? Need someone else to play cor so I can find a legit reason to play other jobs when ls do stuff :)
