More tips for roleplaying a mithra: you don't multiply all 'r's in every word, they don't have a linguistic deficiency but an accent(Mihli Aliapoh explains this). If you actually take notice of the various mithra npc around the world you'll notice they only double the r on a word here and there; and then some have completely lost their accent(like Lhe).
