so i have uninstalled AMD ATI Driver by mistake i have tried reinstalling its telling me i cant Complete it because of Adminstration (iam loged in as ADMIN)

have you tried rebooting your pc? lol

I'll clarify some;

after you install/uninstall video drivers you need to reboot windows for it to take effect, It's possible that is the reason you can't reinstall them, try rebooting and then reinstalling to see if that fixes the issue, before pressing on.-
