Just what Jeb Bush needs Brady Quinn has endorsed him to be President. If you know anything about football this is the kiss of death.

http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/football-star-brady-quinn-endorses-jeb-bush/story?id=32920926

Ahead of the first Republican debate tonight in Cleveland, Republican candidate Jeb Bush scored a hometown endorsement: NFL quarterback Brady Quinn, known for his time with the Cleveland Browns.

"I want a President who focuses on fixing the problems not creating them,” Quinn said in a statement. “I had the pleasure of living in Florida and experiencing first hand the successful work of Governor Jeb Bush. I believe Gov Bush is the leader who can provide the next generation with the best chance to succeed.”

This week Quinn will travel to Chicago to attend a campaign event for Bush with youngest son, Jeb Jr. in Chicago on Friday. They'll be attending an Mission: NEXT, an event specifically targeting national Jeb 2016 supporters under 40 years old in fundraising, political and leadership roles with the Jeb 2016 campaign efforts.

It's all part of a broader strategy by the Bush campaign aimed at attracting young voters.

jeb bush has a very serious case of foot in mouth disease...

I think the new plan is for him and hilary to have the rest of the campaign via advertisements...

Not only that, viewers are very likely to watch all his videos, not just the one they saw linked on facebook.

Unless you're me and you have the inability to watch one thing on one screen for more than about 30 seconds, so YouTube is really only good for sharing music videos with other people.

Seriously, I don't get how people watch videos for hours. Give me an article to read and be done with or it may as well not be a thing.

My attention span for Ted talk is about 4 mins. If it is longer than that I go back to porn !

I even tried watching an anti porn ted talk. The lack of porn in it was disturbing.

I partially blame that there are no good Ted talks ever though.

Exactly one week from this very moment I'll be sitting in traffic entering the First Niagara Pavilion, shortly to be tailgating for A Buffett concert.

If I manage to get through an entire movie sitting on the couch with my wife it's a major victory. Otherwise I can't *just* watch anything. I need to be gaming or writing or drumming or something. Sitting still is not an option.

Making a news story a video is beyond lazy to the point of why even bother.

I like watching documentaries as much as I like reading.

Actually at computer I'd rather watch a one hour video than read a 30 pages essay, it's tiresome.

If the news isn't being delivered by an attractive person, apparently like 90%+ of America doesn't want to know it at all. Because if an ugly person is telling you or, *** no!, you have to read it?

Forget about it.

I enjoy documentaries greatly. As long as I have something else I can also do while it's on.

***.

Honey Booboo would still be on if her mom wasn't shacking up with a kiddy rapist.

Which means two things: 1) Americans do want to watch ugly people on television and 2) More than one man wanted to screw Honey BB's mom.

Have you seen news outside of UK/'Murica? Super attractive anchors both male and female enough to make you feel like committing seppuku on your doorstep. With people this attractive, how did I ever crawl out of the primordial muck?

Reality TV is something different. I'm talking about info babes that deliver news and weather. The local weather woman is pretty damn hot. I never cared about the weather before but now I tune in.

I like a little bit of both honestly, since not everyone is a reader type, sometimes they want videos or images to go with the articles.

Hell I prefer videos because I can see what is being told, but when you have websites like weather.com that you think you'll get a video detailing your forecast and whether you'll be in the severe or moderate weather range, you end up getting "raw footage" of some bloke in Texas taping a hail storm with his iphone.

The only cool footage like that was when I got to watch what happens when lightning hits a car, that ***got crazy.

How is it even relevant in light of the internet? How is any cable variety or news show relevant in light of the internet?

These are America's real conservatives. The people who still watch news on television and morning shows and Jeopardy!

And advertisers keep paying them millions to keep it going for some reason.
