No, donating human fetal tissue is perfectly fine, selling it is not.
Federal law prohibits the sale of body parts of aborted babies. In fact, the sale or purchase of human fetal tissue a federal felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $500,000

You believe abortion is wrong. You feel a fetus is a person.
But that is not a fact.
They're not being aborted for profit. The fetuses that would have been aborted anyway are being used for a beneficial medical and economic purpose.
It's your dear free market at work, I don't know why you're kicking up such a fuss. That law is clearly government encroaching upon the market. It's awful!

There's 20% survival rate for birth at 23 weeks. I'm sure chances are pretty much 0% at 20. Pretty sure the cutoff is at 24, although very few clinics will do it that late, so generally, yes.

When abortions occur outside the general legal restriction (even under full accordance of the law) Planned parenthood still sells the parts for profit.
Do we as a society still want to allow people to have a profit incentive for performing an abortion at the last minute even if the abortion can be argued as necessary?
