Srsly: The chance of survivors is low. Those mud brick buildings don't leave much space in between for people to breathe. Worse still the rainfall thats been happening in the days after the quake. Alot of aid isn't getting out of the capital either. Remoteness of some of those villages and all. I was kinda sad seeing all those temples destroyed. History :/
