It's not what they're saying that I'm arguing, it's that they're bipassing the diplomatic process. The exact same thing they want to take the president to court for; bipassing the process.

Bush was a puppet for his dad's regime, friends, and financial backers.
Obama is in way over his head -- not sure anyone would do any better, but that's not the point -- and it's been evident since the beginning of the first term.
Personally I thought the whole "term limits" speech in their letter was the most ridiculous part; it was basically them flaunting the egregious oversight that is a lack of congressional term limits.
