You missed the great pink slime semantics debate maybe 4 pages ago it was epic !

I'm a Canadian, the only things we're above are: Americans, and drunk Irish people.
Just because you're geographically north of us and therefore are "above" us on a 2D map doesn't really make this true...
By fonewear 2015-02-24 11:09:24
Don't you know Ramyrez some Americans don't have maps like such as The Iraq and South Africa everywhere like such as !

Actually having a higher base education, working (theoretically speaking) Government, working health care, working labor laws, and the like, and generally speaking, better beer, and liquor makes it true.

Yeah, but you gave us Justin Bieber. I'm not sure anything will allow you to recover from that.

Now I know you're just full of ***. There was some merit in your argument, but you ruined it. Your macrobrews are every bit the same watery piss we have, and your microbrews, while quality, aren't "better" just by nature of their location. There's good and bad everywhere.
And while I may enjoy a Crown and Coke on occasion...your blends are certainly not superior to bourbon.

And the world wants to give him back!

Canada is too polite to brag about their ice hockey and maple syrup.
And whatever else they are famous for.

I'm okay w/ RR. At least until Deadpool actually gets made.
My feelings may change depending on how that goes.
But the promo trailer he made for trying to sell the film is pretty *** sweet.

our quality microbrews are better by virtue of better quality ingredients.
Our beer is actually quite different from the watered down horse piss you call beer. While the minimum standard to be called "an alcoholic beverage" is 4%, most of our stuff is sold at 6-7%.
But you know, Canadians prefer to focus on quality rather than cheap quantity knock-offs.

Their last Stanley Cup was 22 years ago. There's not much to brag about right now.

World Cup Hockey is all that matters.
Also, I stopped watching hockey after the Flames lost their ***when they chose Iginla to be captain, and basically said "*** scoring, I'm in the hall of fame"
By fonewear 2015-02-24 11:19:16
I don't see Canada leading the world in microbrew sorry.

Quitting on your team because they're doing poorly? How American can you get!?

I like hockey but I don't think most Americans are as fanatical about it as Canada.
More people watch the Pro Bowl and irrelevant football game than playoff hockey.
By Bloodrose 2015-02-24 11:22:31
The Winnipeg Jets were actually my team.
I had to choose the next best thing when the Jets were sold and disbanded.

Wow, are we really doing a "why canada is teh bestest" conversation here? Yes, we needed some levity and to break away from American politics for a day. For once I'm in agreement with you. American politics have become boring and predictable.
Rob Ford though, is the 2nd coming of Jesus. True story.
Why I wouldn't be surprised if he's seen hanging out at Charlie Sheen's place.
By Bloodrose 2015-02-24 11:23:42
Also, I could understand if the Flames were doing poorly.
Iginla just got up and said "*** it, I've got a big *** contract, and I'm dragging you *** down with me until it's over"
By fonewear 2015-02-24 11:23:43
We do take a lot of pride in making good beer you don't see it advertised on TV though. You have to seek it out.
