This is SPARTA!!!

I hope trump stays away from the fox debate....he needs more press about as much as a drowning man needs a drink of water

I'll miss him calling ted cruz names but there is too goddamned many republican debates already...

and what is the deal with all the bush funded rubio attack adds?... flogging dead horses isn't exactly the most productive campaign strategy...

Is there really a point in the candidates who have something like 5% or such? I mean aren't they just wasting money(and everyone's time)at this point?

I mean considering that only one will run per party.

I think mike o'malley is hoping hillary is dragged off by federal marshals and bernie suffers a massive coronary..

on the republican side I can't say that I understand the "throwing a handful of gummy bears against the wall and see which one sticks" method of choosing trump's vice president

It worked for Obama.

He wasn't exactly leading the polls at this time in 2008.

So, it's not always a lost endeavor for people to still be running.

Also, increasing your visibility is how you get those sweet sweet consulting, lobbyist, and speaking gigs. In a lot of ways it's best to lose about 75% of the way into the primary campaign; lots of visibility, but none of the hassle of actually running for president.

Anyone talking about that shootout in the gunshop over a 25$ fee where the store owner and his son were killed and one of the customers were wounded?

Mississippi

Saw the article, read the headline, chalked it up to darwin, moved on...

didn't bother to watch the video or read the article.

look... I have limited brain power/capacity bordering on retardation and we could argue all day about which side of the border I am on...

but the point is the minimum clicky clicky threshold has not been reached... I have to care enough to click on the link to the article and the sad truth is that years of prejudice have soured my attitude when it comes to mississippians...

who knows? maybe each and every citizen of the great state of mississippi is both a saint and a hero. but my natural knee jerk yankee doodle bias says they probably all had it coming like the bucktooth knock~kneed inbred dickweed Podunk jalopy driving cousin marrying slack jawed moonshine sippin dumbasses they always were and always shall be forever and ever AMEN

Trump realized he couldn't debate his way out of a wet paper bag and bowed out. I think it was pretty childish to blame it on meghan kelley. He could still win over all the dummies debating poorly though... what a great election year this is going to be.

I'm already bored...

/changes the channel

they keep talking about the millions and millions being raised for these campaigns but it seems not one of them spent so much as a plug nickel on someone to help them speak in front of a camera...

I submit ricky p's granny glasses as "Exhibit A"

Actually no. He is creddited with winning most of the debates so far.

This is a power trip and a marketing ploy.

Those guys weren't watching the same debate/s I was... I'd venture to guess you didn't watch them either if you believe he 'won' any of those bouts.

Sadly, people who buy into Trump can't really ascertain things like "winners" in "debates" about "policy."

Trump's gonna make 'murrica great again!

Winning is relative. If you read post-debate analysis, most of the time the candidates called the "winners" are the frontrunners who manage to finish a debate without imploding. If you're at the bottom of the pack in the polls, you aren't the "winner" unless you put in an incredible performance.

In other words, winning a debate has less to do with how good at debating you are and more to do with what your campaign needs the most, hence why Hillary was viewed by many as losing her last debate simply because she didn't play enough offense.
