Bird Jesus swept 4 of the 5 before being impaled by his own...err...beak.

March 1st is now Helix Day

That was the most glorious thing ever to happen on the internet.

Never forget.

OMASTAR - "O Master Helix" The fossil, the Omanyte, and the Omastar. The resurrected fossil who became the rallying call that brought the hivemind under a tiny amount of control. Just enough to push on and make progress where it seemed impossible.

aaabaaajss - "Bird Jesus" Pidgeot, the savior. The most powerful of the team (until later) and one who won the majority of the battles. His Sand-Attack before fainting against the final Blastoise may have actually saved Zapdos and won the game.

AA-j - "John the Zapdidst" Zapdos, the battery. Catching him was one of the least likely things that could have happened but it proved to be the deciding factor in victory as Zapdos carried through the Elite 4 and the final battle.

AATTVVV - "ATV the Dragonslayer" Venomoth, the all-terrain vehicle. Once thought to be the weakest of the team, became a legend when he defeated Lance's 62 Dragonite at only level 36. ATV gave us our first glimpse of the final battle, leading to a spike in viewers that peaked around 120,000.

AIIIIIIRRR - "Air Jordan" Lapras, the boat. After losing the chance to get vaporeon things started to spiral out of control and the game looked doomed to failure but the turning point was when we obtained Lapras, reassuring everyone that we would be able to one day surf and progress to the end.

AAAAAAAAAA - "Fonz" Nidoking, the king. The extra surfs proved invaluable through the elite 4 and the final battle. The child of the miracle moon stone the one that that was not tossed, stored or sold.

Its over, eh? Gold/Silver playthrough confirmed? Wonder what new, radical religions will spawn from that.

House of the Shiny <insert first shiny they find and not run away/faint, but actually capture>.

It would be SOOOOOOOOO funny if it was a Pidgey.

I oddly never found a shiny until White 2 >.>
Then I found LOADS.

i wonder if nintendo and the general japanese public is aware of this. should add a new trainer or pokemon named twitch in the next game.
