If anyone has requests for attachment loadouts/maneuver effects on checkable stats with /checkparam, let me know - any tests will be with Foire +1 hands equipped.
EDIT: Starting tests now, all with Sharpshot/Sharpshot. "Base" is a puppet with no attachments.

So Tension Spring I gives a base of +~2% Attack, Tension Spring II is +~4% Attack and Optic Fiber gives ~10% of a given attachment's base bonus, but only if Light is up or enough of the given maneuver's element is up.
