Cutting Cards

I recently came back into the game, and needless to say I don't have too much experience using some of these recently added 1-hour abilities. I looked around and found there's actually extremely little information about Cutting Cards. Does anyone know what the values are for cutting cards, or at least rough estimates? I mean regardless of the values I'm going to just chuck it on a random person that needs their 1-hour abilities, but I'm just curious.

I always use Cutting cards right after Wild card(or soon after depending on if we have more COR trying for reset) and I've seen 6 take 29min off and 5 take 25min off of wild card.

I've also seen a 1 take 3min off -.-
