I would only use Trux with Tsurumaru not Kogarasumaru
That's why my set uses Tripudio! STP +5 and such seeing as Double Attack is going to provide a hinderence to DPS based on how OaT works.
Also possible I will replace the Brutal earring in this set due to similar Reasons.

Formula 4.1 Average Hits per Round of an OAX weapon considering Multi-Attack Rates
1 + 3Q + 2(1-Q)T + (1-(Q+T-QT))D + (1-Q)(1-T)(1-D)(3X + 2Y + Z)
Here we only consider up to OA2-4 weapons. Where:
Q,T, and D are Quadruple, Triple, and Double Attack rates and
X,Y, and Z are OA4, OA3, and OA2 rates.

Assuming Q = 0.03 (3% QA) and TA = 0.04 and DA = 0.15 (15%)
1 + 3(0.03) + 2(1-0.04)0.04 + (1-(0.03+0.04-0.03*0.04))0.15 + ((1-0.03)(1-0.04)(1-0.15))(2*0.20 + 0.40)
1.939696
Without a Brutal Earring.
1.893136
This throws out an unusual value, so it must be where does the line cross?
Lets add the new earring (3%DA) and see if this is actually a hindrance.
1.9452832
3% more Double Attack earring has increase Attacks per attack round, meaning trux is still a good option, but this is only caluculating attack rounds and not TP feed, but I guess it depends on where 5 STP weighs up vs a 0.0521472% increase in attack frequency.
Remove the Trupidio Earring and put Trux back in.
Assuming 2DA augments on Otronif legs and feet
1.9527328 (4%) DA...
Not seeing how it's actually bad adding Double Attack but I guess the amount you needs to exceed the relevant potency of Oat~3.
Personally I wouldn't use Relic feet as the Otronif provide better Haste and Double Attack Augment, I would personally use Trupidio Earring for the STP as I believe you would need it for your X-Hit build.
P.S.
Most people on here would know how to check TP per hit / STP requirements and DA but some people don't understand how it all ties together so figured I'd give an elementary step for them (Thanks goes to Sylow for working out how it all works). I'm pretty positive the spreadsheets factor in AM3 for working out TP sets so it might be best to go there and work it out on their, I would look at crit augments etc if you want, but anything that feeds your TP faster for WS is better IMO (Factoring in SC damage as well gives WS a heavier Bias vs a Slight 2 DPS increase from White damage as I don't believe Spreedsheets factor in SC damage due to how being in a large group means Skillchains normally get interupted.)
