They need to just make them obtainable via quests, I hate these things only from the Campaigns, like the Monstrosity Skins or these.

I mean, why not make Lion obtainable from Gilgamesh after completing RotZ & CoP's side story together? Prishe & Ulmia when you finish the Dawn CS with Prishe, as well as the other characters in CoP in their CSs. It would be nice to unlock them like that, rather than this bleh login only thing we seem to have now.

Yeah, I really hope they improve this system later though. I want to buy Zeid, but then again, I have a hard time thinking he will be good unless they really make the others of higher quality.

Summoning the current ones the strongest one per hit/WS was Ayame from what I saw, but even summoning her in level 119 gear, fighting right outside of Adoulin on the level 100 Mandragoras she was only able to hit for 170ish per hit, and only around 800 on her best WSs. Past that, none of them seem to be particularly useful, Kupipi does not cast Haste, only -na, Cure, and Pro/Shell spells from what I have seen, our THF does not SATA, our PLD only has Flash for hate. The lack of subjobs, job abilities, half their spells, and the most meaningful of WSs, aka, Merit/Empyrean WSs, is disheartening to say the least.

I hope they fix it, or that its only for these because they are the first, and of course, not only easily gotten, but seemingly meant for brand new players as well. But that is the heart of what I fear with this. If the better ones are from the Login campaigns, and not quests, are they stronger, or are they just a new skin, on the same old weak NPCs? That's why I was hoping it was a matter of quests, and that I just hadn't found them yet.

I know this system is not meant to replace real players, nor should it, but it should provide something that's actually helpful, and by helpful, I don't mean 3 NPCs which together, do not equal my DPS.



Also, if someone could convey this kinda message on the Official Forums for me, that would be awesome. I would do it myself, but I was perma-banned, which I expected, and I haven't got around to making my new SE/POL Account yet. Thanks.

Maybe if we're lucky, they'll add Prishe as an NPC for us fan-boys lol.

I personally wonder if any of them will have their own unique WSs, I never fought Lion, but I assume she has something unique besides being a MNK in the BCNM against her. We know in the past Valaineral had Uriel Blade, and Tenzen had the SAM WSs but with unique names, rather than our standard ones, as well as Amatsu: Tsukikage for his level 4 Skillchain. If they do get access to them, they would need to make them start using Job Abilities as well, so that Tenzen can actually be good, same with Ayame, watching a SAM go into battle without Hasso/Seigan, and using no JAs, pains me.

Could anyone post a little walk through on how to acquire them?

I've done Kupipi, but having trouble figuring out how to get Nanaa Mihgo, and I'm sure the other ones from quests.

Nanaa requires you to have completed the quest where you turn in 4 Yagudo Bead Necklaces first. The rest of them seem literally as simple as talking to them, though the PLD woman in Sandy did mention that I had completed the quest involving the Sapara of Trials, so you may have to complete that and unlock Savage Blade before she will accept you as well.

First go to Windurst Woods and talk to Wetata (G-6) next to the artisan moogle. Accept his mission. Then go talk to Kupipi after receiving magic talk to Kupipi again then head east or west sarutabaruta and cast magic then return to Kupipi. Finally go to Nanaa Mihgo to recive her magic.



Still trying to figure how to get others

South sandy talk to Gondebaud at the fountain oppsite side of white gate warp, get the quest then head to North sandy to D-9 anx talk to Excenmille to recive his magic. Next head to the castle in North sandy. And talk to Curilla at I-9. To recive magic.

Port bastok Clarion Star by org.homepoint crystal at K-7 the go to Naji to get magic. Next go to Ayame to theleft of the building ur in front of to recive Ayame magic.

Well technically every single player character in the game is underage when you consider none of us were born til after the crystal wars... (and technically prishe isn't a kid either :P lol)

It's a bit hard to think of those who chose the old elvaan model to be underage characters!
