I read somewhere on here once that Haste capped at +25 on your gear, What I was curious about was if all stats like Eva and Acc capped also at +25 and if it does does that include +Eva skill or is that a different cap?

Haste technically caps at something like 25.6% (damn fractions), acc on gear does not cap (your acc against a mob can, obviously) and I would be very surprised if eva skill or gear had a cap.
