Stuck at Checking Key
I have been stuck at checking key for my character for about a day.
... little more info would help.
What else needs to be said? I did everything it told me to do.. pasted the key into my profile. Clicked verify character, and its been stuck at "checking key" ever since.
Give it time. The Lodestone and ffxivpro is still new and the queuing process is longer than normal.
Please note that it has been reported that putting your FFXIVPro code and your Guildwork code (or anything else for that matter) in your profile at the same time causes issues with FFXIVPro finding your Lodestone profile and character. You must link them separately, and your code is not required for updating after verification. After being verified, it can be removed.

I'm attempting to register a character but when I get my key and put it into my profile on Loadstone and then press Check Key on here, nothing happens. It says Checking Key, but after about 10-20 minutes it doesn't change, nor do I get an email. If I refresh the page, it asks me to Check Key again and if I do, the same thing happens again. Is there a time frame it should be registered by? As in an hour? A day? Thanks for any feedback. It did mine instantly is there anything else in the comment box on your lodestone page? Anna did put a post out saying if you have anything else in there it stops this site from getting the code.
I do have my Guildwork key in there, but on a separate line. I thought we could have more than just the XIVPro Key in there, just couldn't save them both at the same time and have to do one then the other. I must have misunderstood?
Once you have registed your character to either website you dont need to keep your key in there and thats whats causing your problem.
